Questions about official Franklin County criminal records usually belong with the agency that created or keeps the document. The contacts below distinguish sheriff records at East Court Street from court files at the Franklin County Courthouse in Rocky Mount. This privately operated reference site cannot provide records itself.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve a criminal record, perform an official check, correct or remove an entry, or receive a Franklin County expungement or sealing petition. Contact the responsible government custodian.
